Hey There....

I have been pouring through my galleries to find pics of some of my favs to show you of the work i have been busy creating lately

so lets begin....
As many of you will probably know i have a few favourite scrapbooking Companies...
Prima, T!m Holtz, Graphic 45 and Manor House. I am really starting to take a shine to the
Kaisercraft collections as well they have gone ahead leaps and bounds so they must have finally found some good designers.

Anyway one of my favs if Graphic 45 and I altered this clock that I found in a junk bin at the Warehouse

This is using the Ladies Diary collection, and a umbrellas i found at the Brisbane Scrapbook Expo, I went to last year with my good friends Sharon Milford and Dallas Turner (we had a blast and I would do it again in a heartbeat)

Another of my favs is this layout featuring Miss Emma and using once again the Ladies Diary from Graphic 45. I know I have showed you this before but I love the way it flows and how it is constructed.

This Pic is of a layout using the Marigold collection from Kaisercraft

and this one is from the latest class kit I have created for the Dunedin and Balclutha classes this weekend
it is created using the Prima - Nature Garden Collection and a little Bo Bunny Double Dot

I will be bringing you more sneak peeks of layouts etc that have been created for Artfull Crafts as part of my DT commitments and I must admit I have throughly enjoyed working with the 75 cent collection from Kaisercraft.   so keep watching and there might even be a special announcement of something very awesome happening in July that I am apart of....

until Then, Take Care and
Happi Scrappin'

Hi There....

Well after what seems like for ever I have finally been able to get back into my Blog
Sometimes computers just do my head in!
Anyway how is everyone out there in the big wide world?
Hope Santa was good to you...yes it has been that long, but hey guess what its only 43 weeks till the Jolly Man in his Red Suit arrives again (didn't need to know that did ya!)

so what have I been up to since I was last able to blog....
WELL! our 2nd Son Michael and his Awesome(r) Girlfriend Sherie got engaged in Oct, and are planning a March 2014 wedding at the lovely "Edgewater" Resort in Wanaka. It really suits them and they have picked a great time of year not too hot and before the winter starts setting in.
Here is a pic of the 2 of them celebrating!
and here is a pic of a frame I recently completed for Artfull Crafts (click here to visit the store) http://www.artfullcrafts.co.nz/ I found this frame at the Warehouse and used the Kaisercraft Secret Admirer collection to complete it. I also used one of the wooden words that Kaiser produce, covered it in Sage paint and used Secret Admirer Rub-ons all over it and adhered it to the frame with some very strong glue

In January this year Our Eldest Son Chris proposed to his Awesome Girlfriend Anna and she said yes as well, they are not waiting as long and are planning an October wedding (has to be out of rugby season! says Chris)
Here is a pic of the 2 of them
I havent had time yet to be creative with their photos but it will happen

So wedding plans are in the making and I have even started looking at wedding clothes, scary very scary!
Anyway we  are very happy with the choices the Boys have made, now all I have to do is train these girls to cook and clean like the boys Mother does and everything will be wonderful!
Take Care till next time
