Computers, Blogs, Sun and Fun...

Hi Everyone
Computers and Blogs
I have finally found 5 minutes with the computer behaving so I can Blog!!!
Somewhere in the Blog World they changed everything (must have been a MAN!!!) and my computer would not play the game....I sat here for 5 hours on Tues trying and trying to get the blog to accept "ME"
but no....it eventually meant I have to download the new Google Chrome, and I must admit I was very sceptical however I am impressed, It is so easy to use and the uploading of photos etc is very very easy (Must have been a WOMAN!). So here I am finally blogging again and some time this coming week you will be able to see what I have been playing with for Artfull Crafts....its going to be released over a couple of weeks as its quite full on..............................................well really who'd have guessed!

Sun and Fun
Anyway the week before last Trevor and Myself along with a very lazy Beagle headed for Cromwell loaded to the gunals with scrapping, bags, boxes, cuttlebugs, cutting matts and anything else that
"I might need to use" Trevor ended up getting the flu so that left Pippa and myself to enjoy some scrapping time....Oh yes thats right she just slept in the sun, and here is a great pic of her just waking up

She absolutely loves Cromwell and is a totally different dog up there, probably the lack of cats is the reason and the high fences might help as well.

Classes and Kits
This last round of Classes and kits which is happening this weekend in Dunedin and Balclutha features two
very special little people, the girly one is my Bosses little Grandaughter and I absolutely love this photo, she looks so angelic!
Her name is Alyssa

And this little beauty is Christopher with the Red Fingerless Gloves on that my Mum made for him, he loved those little gloves and wore them all the time
Both of these Layouts are available as kitz if anyone is interested
The Ladies here in Dunedin made both of them today and breezed through each of them so they are relatively easy layouts
$25 each and $5 freight (both with full colour instructions)
Letz know in the comment section if anyone would like one, as I only have 5 of each left

Ok hopefully this week has found everyone happy, healthy and scrapping up a storm,
Dont forget Daylight Saving tonight and Go the ALL BLACKS!

Happi Scrappin

Graphic45 - Ladies Diary Collection - Box and Book set...

Hello Everyone
time for me to let you into a wee secret...this is the next class on the agenda and its a real wee honey!
In this class we are once again using the Graphic 45 Ladies Diary collection papers (Just cos we can....and I love them so much) I didnt think after the Once Upon a Springtime collection that Graphic 45 could do any better then they bought out the Little Darlings range and now this ...
WOW is all I can say...................Keep it up Graphic 45!

Anyway I procrastinate, this is the next class like I mentioned and its on the
25th August in Dunedin and 26th August in Balclutha.
Cost is $30 and $10 for Hall/tea/coffee etc.
Kitz with full colour photos and instructions $35 + $5 courier
Letz know if you or anyone you know would like to attend or purchase a kit, as they will all be being put together next weekend.
email me on robbiebell123@hotmail.com for further details

and the next photo...

This photo shows the wee book inside the handmade box. It has 8 pages inside (including the inside covers and both sides of the 3 pages) so there is plenty of room for those special notes, memories or just photos...its totally up to you. Unfortunaltely the book doesn't have my usual lumpy bumpy effect because its only got so much room in the wee box, but I still managed to get a few flowers here and there.

Thanks for taking the time to look

Take Care till next time

A Double For You...

Here is the latest edition to the classes I have been running here in Dunedin and in Balclutha. I have created this using the Simple Stories Documented Collection and it was great to see all the Ladies and wee Amy create something totally different.
I love the browns and creams of this line and think it works really well with the black and white photos of Trevor and Myself (You know he hated every minute of it aye!!!). I also created this layout using some of the Simple Stories 100 Days of Summer Collection and it was a kit purchase option for the Ladies. (If anyone is interested I still have a couple left for $30 + $5 postage with full colour instructions and everything included) I do have some very special photos to put up shortly of our trip to the Brizzy Expo and of course the very special man himself....Tim Holtz! Take Care until then

Quick Update on classes, kits and layouts....and Life!

Hello again everyone, sorry for my very long absence, apart from having the flu that really knocked me about and having to sort goodies for classes and kits, the month of March has just disappeared and now also April is looking like disappearing on me.
This layout following is the last class one we did at the end of March. it had heaps of different elements to it and it was amazing to see what the ladies came up with, especially since some of the photos were older style and others were of adults not just babies and the layouts all came out really neat.
This following layout Miss Sophia and Her Mum - Sarah and 2 Grandmas (I think one might be a "Nana") This layout is using some of the new Prima Collection - Nature Garden, I lifted the wee fairy and also used one of their new vines. I love how the papers and photos have joined

Sorry for the very crooked photo, (I promise I hadn't even had a drink, but couldn't get it any straighter on the photo editor i use.....might be time for another 1)

This following Layout is using the wonderful Simple Stories Paper line - (100 Days of Summer - Sweet Memories), I love the colours and think they are great for either Male or Female pages.

The next class we are having is going to be very exciting and can use anywhere from 9 to 13 and possibly even more photos....however they do have to be 4x3 or smaller

Does this appeal to you, if so send me an email and book in for it.

The dates are

Dunedin 28 April

Balclutha 29th April

Oamaru 12th May

Cost of the class is $25 + $5 (or $10) for Hall hire (depending where each class is held)

my contact email is robbiebell123@hotmail.com

Letz know what you think of the layouts and if you might like to come to the class either this month or any other one.

Take Care till next time...

Good Morning
Thought I would put up this layout for you all to see, it is very similar to the Prima January sketch I did earlier however I used this layout for the Ladies in my classes last weekend here and in Balclutha.
I wanted them to have a go at the paper lace around the circle and fussy cutting the flower vine,
which they all handled extremely well.
This layout seems to work well with any style photos but I think the black and white just finishes the layout off nicely.

This was usisng the Prima Printery Collection from last year.....cant wait for all the new papers and embellies to start hitting our shores!

Ok short and sweet this time,
have a great week and I will catch you later

Stuck?! Sketches Card DT Call......

Ok Ok I finally decided to enter this competition for the DT Call, I had been thinking and thinking and then thought why not???
I totally admire anyone that can put together a great sketch for others to follow and there is something mildly satisfying about seeing everyone get totally creative with the same item and how differently everything turns out...............so here is the sketch

Here are the 2 cards I came up with,
Note:- I have turned the sketch around for this card

and here is a close up of the wee bird on the flowers, isn't she gorgeous?

and this dreamy one.....

This one I am going to use for a friends wedding next weekend, I love the netting it gives the whole card a real pop!

Why not click the link below and head over to Stuck?! Sketches and see what they have been up to

BAP - Prima Jan Comp

Ok here is my first entry, this year for the Prima monthly sketch challenge.
In this layout I have used mostly papers from the
Prima - Printery Collection with one from the Prima -Romantique Collection along with a little bit of Tim and the title is from Imaginarium Designs.

What do you think......

The layout is of Little Sophia with her Mummy and Daddy during a family photo shoot and I was lucky enough to be given some photos to play with.
Isn't she a wee cutie!

Ok short and sweet, but I do have plenty more to upload over the next week so keep an eye out
Take Care

Help...Call the Police!!!

Someone has stolen December and January!
where have they gone?
It feels like I went to bed in November and now woke up facing the end of January.....

So that means I have a lot of work to catch up on and classes to sort for the upcoming year
and looking at some of the sneak peeks for the CHA there is going to be some very nice bits and pieces for us to all play with and drool over this year......So

Stay awake People, I promise not to be AWOL again
and I also promise to be bringing you some very special classes and ideas over the next few months.

Till Then......
